Who can submit an entry?
Any Film Maker, of any level of experience. This is not limited to Nevada residents though you must be present at the pre-production party to draw a topic and deliver your final 30-sec. PSA during the Sunday deadline.

Who can be a sponsor?
In order to participate as a sponsor, your group must be a Nevada registered non-profit organization. You will be required to supply the film making teams chosen to create 30-sec. spots for your topic or topics with a valid tax deductible donation receipt. Your PSA topic will be of your choosing and your organization will be given the limited use rights to the 30-sec. commercials made for your group.

The Film Maker Basics:
1. You must register and pay your non-refundable entry fee.
2. You must attend the Friday pre-production party to draw your topic.
3. Your entry must be an original 30-sec. spot; not more, not less. This does not including the 5-sec. title page, 10-sec. of slate (count down) with audio tone, and 5-sec. of black, proceding the commercial.
4. You can use pre-recorded audio, stock footage, and/or 3D models and graphics; though you must provide, in writing the rights of use if you do not own the copyright.
5. All production participants must be non-paid volunteers and can not be restricted by SAG.
6. You must deliver your final 30-sec. commercial on a DVD, CD, or mini-DV tape in an avi format and all required release forms with your entry at the Sunday deadline drop-off.
7. Your commercial must represent your topic, follow all requirements, and be delivered before the deadline or your production will be disqualified and your entry fee forfeited.
